Awarded the 2005 Bravo Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as the 2009 Northern Colorado Women of Influence award by the Northern Colorado Business Report, Lori has established CCI as one of the Top 10 Places to Work in Fort Collins (The Coloradoan - Gannett Publication).


With more than 25 years experience in the assessment and appraisal community and a background in assisting jurisdictions analyze their business processes, Cindy’s infectious laughter and passion for customers’ success ensures that CCI’s products are reflective of customer needs.





When Bart Gordon joined the CCI team in 2009, he had already proven himself as a solution-driven project manager with career leading design, construction and implementation of sizeable IT business solutions during his 10 years at Hewlett-Packard. Bringing his wide breadth of knowledge to the CCI release management process, Bart streamlined in-place methodologies and achieved simplified and standardized releases. In his current position of VP of Implementation, Bart will continue to develop and lead the process of incorporating sound business practices through the development lifecycle in order to maintain CCI’s position as a global solutions provider.
