Lori D. Burge – President & CEO

Utilizing her strong leadership
skills, passion for making the world a better place, and her 25+ years of active
participation in local government, Lori Burge has led CCI to recognition as
a leader in assessment and collections software. Awarded the 2005 Bravo Entrepreneur
of the Year, as well as the 2009 Northern Colorado Women of Influence award by the
Northern Colorado Business Report, Lori has established CCI as one of the Top 10
Places to Work in Fort Collins (The Coloradoan - Gannett Publication).
Kevin O’Connell – VP of Customer Service

As an advocate for CCI customers,
Kevin combines his degree in Business Administration/Management and certification
as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with his 15 years of management experience
to work closely with managers and customers to bring uncompromised service in a
timely and professional manner. Kevin’s leadership, attention to details, and caring
spirit set him apart as a champion for CCI customers.
Cindy South – VP of Product Services

With more than 25 years experience
in the assessment and appraisal community and a background in assisting jurisdictions
analyze their business processes, Cindy’s infectious laughter and passion for customers’
success ensures that CCI’s products are reflective of customer needs.
Kathi Gregarek – Chief Technology Officer

Responsible for leading CCI’s
Technology Team, Kathi utilizes her experience in the technology industry to help
CCI remain current on industry trends, network architecture, and database information.
These decisions provide CCI customers with a stable and innovative product, now
and for years to come.
Ryan Garner – VP of Product Development

Ryan Garner oversees the major development teams for RealWare, CollectWare, Matix,
Workflow/Shared Code, Architecture, and Release Management teams charged with creating
and maintaining CCI’s Encompass Application Suite. With nearly 20 years of experience,
Ryan ensures that new functionality required by a jurisdiction is incorporated in
a manner that supports current architectural design standards, enhances existing
customers’ user experience, and maintains high quality, thus bringing the customer
maximum value. Ryan researches programming issues, guaranteeing that systems are
developed using proper methodologies and he thinks outside the box in order to come
up with the best solutions for CCI’s customers.
