The Leadership Team at CCI is comprised of highly qualified individuals working to bring synergy and depth to the organization.

Lori Schlotter has been involved in state and local government for 25 years. For 19 years, she has led CCI through various challenges and achievements. She spends time with management and staff, ensuring that the CCI team is equipped with the tools they need to achieve their established goals and objectives, while providing customers with uncompromised service. In 2005, Lori was awarded the Bravo Entrepreneur of the Year (Fort Collins) by the Northern Colorado Business Report. In addition, CCI was recognized as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work by the Fort Collins Coloradan (a Gannett publication). CCI’s community honors are a result of Lori’s leadership skills and the positive environment cultivated at CCI. As VP of Customer Service, Kevin works closely with managers and customers alike to bring uncompromised service in a timely and professional manner. Kevin brings the customer perspective to the leadership team, ensuring that the corporate focus stays customer driven. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management and is a certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of management experience. His leadership, attention to details, and caring spirit set him apart as an exceptional advocate for customers at CCI. Stacey has been with CCI since 1995 and is currently responsible for the overall development and planning of CCI’s software development plan. She oversees Technical Business Analysis, Conversion, Production, R&D, and Testing. Stacey provides guidance to these departments based on organizational goals and company policy. Stacey is extremely familiar with the needs of assessment and collections professionals, and takes all needs into consideration when enhancing product functionality. Cindy has been a member of CCI’s team since 1992, and has been in the assessment community for over 25 years. Cindy’s background includes extensive experience as a Certified Appraiser in Colorado Assessor’s offices, and helping jurisdictions across the country analyze their business processes. She is instrumental in the development of all products, and ensures that they are reflective of customer needs. Her passion for customers’ success is contagious and contributes to the culture at CCI. Kathi joined CCI in 2002 and is responsible for managing CCI’s technological direction. She has hands on experience in the policies and procedures of assessment offices across the country, including existing customers and prospective clients. Kathi manages the technology advisory board, as well as the day‐today technical operations, while ensuring that network security and performance are maintained. Kathi keeps up on industry trends, network architectures, and Oracle database information in order to make decisions that will benefit our customers today and for years to come. Tiffany has played an active role in CCI’s marketing and business development since 2002. She holds her Masters degree in Business Administration, and utilizes her comprehensive skill set to evaluate opportunities for CCI to make the greatest impact in the market place both in internal procedures and external endeavors. Tiffany’s passion is effectively communicating CCI’s unique strengths to prospective clients.
