FIVE ARIZONA JURISDICTIONS COLLABORATE FOR CCI'S SOLUTION

FORT COLLINS, Colo., March 6, 2008 – In state and local government, resources can be tight, budgets restrictive, and time a precious commodity. These factors often leave elected officials feeling as if their only alternative is to accept inadequate solutions or antiquated technology. But for five innovative and progressive jurisdictions in Arizona, such answers were not acceptable. Consequently, Navajo, Apache, Santa Cruz, Gila, and Greenlee Counties have joined forces and pooled their resources. As a result of their broad-minded cooperation, they are acquiring CCI’s industry leading CAMA, GIS, and Field Collections solution.

One unique aspect of the arrangement between CCI and the five counties was the pricing structure. Because all of the jurisdictions purchased the software at once, CCI was able to provide them with advantageous pricing as a result of combining project management and training resources. “CCI has grown to where it is at today as a result of being flexible and providing jurisdictions with scalable software solutions and service options that are driven around their needs. We are proud to have the Arizona conglomerate as a part of our customer base,” said Lori Schlotter, CCI’s President and CEO.

The new system will provide the counties with many new abilities. For the past ten years, these jurisdictions have had to utilize an outdated mainframe system. “We are very excited to be joining the Colorado CustomWare team. The partnership with CCI will provide a more efficient and time saving process for the staff, which will result in fair and equitable valuations for the citizens,” stated Cammy Darris, Navajo County Assessor. “This has been a great opportunity for counties with limited funds to provide enhanced services.”

The conglomerate is also benefiting from CCI’s extensive software, requiring zero customizations while being fully compliant with AZ state legislative requirements. “Our previous experience here in Arizona is a major benefit for the additional five jurisdictions,” stated Ko Clifton, Project Manager for Colorado CustomWare. “We understand their business process, legislative requirements, and most immediate needs.”

The jurisdictions range in size from Navajo County with 85,000 parcels to Greenlee County with a little over 6,000 parcels. In total, their combined parcels equal 240,000, stretching from the far Northeast corner of Arizona to the United States-Mexico border in Nogales. In addition to receiving CCI’s solution, the five jurisdictions will also receive the benefits of CCI’s third party integration partners like APEX and SPSS. The solution will require no customizations, as the legislative requirements were embedded into the software when Mohave County, AZ purchased RealWare 2 years ago.

About CCI: CCI provides jurisdictions across the country with Land Records Management Solutions (recording, assessment, and collections software) that improves office efficiencies, while offering uncompromised customer support.
