CCI’S PRESIDENT AND CEO, LORI SCHLOTTER, IS ELECTED TO FORT COLLINS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

FORT COLLINS, Colo., January 24, 2008 – Lori Schlotter, President and CEO of Colorado CustomWare, Inc. (CCI) has been elected to the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 2008. There are on average 25 members on the board, and the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce champions the community and the region’s quality of life and economic vitality through strong business advocacy and collaborative leadership.

Honored to have been elected, Schlotter will bring an innovative perspective to the board while remaining current on local issues, policies, and business trends. After meeting with the Chambers President and CEO, David May, Schlotter commented, “I am really excited to serve on the board and represent fellow business leaders. I am committed to providing guidance and insight that will benefit the Fort Collins community and business alike.”

Started by Schlotter in 1989, and a Chamber member since 2006, CCI’s community involvement both locally and nationally is substantial. In September 2007, CCI hosted a Red Carpet Reception, an opportunity for fellow Chamber members to welcome new members to the organization. This provided the community with additional insight into the daily operation and mission of CCI, which has experienced a 66% employee growth rate. CCI also encourages volunteerism and matches funds for a variety of organizations recognized by their internal Charity Committee.
