RecordWare is designed for the Clerk and Recorder's office and is part of the Land Record Management (LRM) suite of technologies. Like all of our products, RecordWare is fully integrated with our other LRM applications, but can also be used as a stand-alone application if needed.

RecordWare is currently in the development stage, and we are looking for a partner to join with us in this endeavor. The initial business specifications have been completed, and these specifications are the result of consulting with industry experts as well as utilizing CCI's prior experience in the recording industry. CCI's roots are in assisting jurisdictions with recording software solutions, and we are excited to deliver recording solutions once again. RecordWare is being developed in a .NET programming environment, which allows for portability. RecordWare will easily communicate with other applications, specifically the LRM suite, and share data in real time when needed. Duplicate work within state and local government can now be eliminated. In addition, communication gaps among departments can be minimized.
