Training
Colorado CustomWare believes in maximizing knowledge transfer to our customers by
offering training programs in two primary forums. Custom training is designed and
provided at the customer’s site. We also offer standardized RealWare training at
our Fort Collins, Colorado training facility on regularly scheduled dates.
Our team of certified appraisers offers a wealth of practical field experience along
with in-depth knowledge of all CCI software.

RealWare End User:
The End User training is the core RealWare class where students learn basic functions
of the program. It will benefit any new employees in your jurisdiction, primarily
those responsible for daily assessment tasks in RealWare. Topics include an overview
of the RealWare components, search functionality, user options, ownership, account
maintenance and adjustments, batch processes, improvements and Sales.
The class also provides an overview of other RealWare functionality including our
GateWay and FieldWare Modules.
RealWare Systems Administration:
Anyone responsible for RealWare systems management including purchasing the hardware,
managing Oracle, setting up RealWare security, changing global options, and managing
your network architecture. It is recommended that attendees have at minimum a basic
understanding of the Windows operating system, computer networking, and Oracle database
administration concepts.
RealWare for the Power User:
The Power User class provides team members,who have Microsoft Access™ knowledge,
the tools necessary to understand the inner workings of RealWare. Anyone responsible
for creating adhoc queries, custom reports, DataMart and other third-party applications
would benefit from attending this course. Plan to bring your jurisdiction’s challenges
and questions with you, and we will cover as many situations as feasible in real-life
scenarios.
Query Workshop:
Who Should Attend: If you want to learn more about queries, then this workshop is
for you. This class is designed to assist in writing and using queries.
Topics Include:
- SQL & SQL Functions
- Oracle SQL Developer
- Table Structure
- Relational Database Theory
Prerequisites:
1 year of RealWare experience. Previous attendance of the Power User training is
recommended, but not required.
Advanced User Class:
The Advanced User class focuses on higher level tasks that are not used on a daily
basis. This course would benefit anyone responsible for table management, Mass,
NODs, NOVs, and subdivisions.
